Submerged is an immersive third-person game that invites players to explore a captivating flooded city. As Miku, a young girl who ventures into the city with her wounded brother, you navigate the flooded streets by boat, scale drowned buildings, and search for supplies to save your sibling. The game offers a serene and relaxing experience, allowing players to absorb the breathtaking sunrise and vistas, listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean, and observe the playful creatures that inhabit this colorful world. By uncovering hidden objects, players gradually piece together the story of a broken world and a broken family, adding depth and intrigue to the gameplay.

The game's distinguishing features include vast outdoor environments with rich colors that paint a compelling picture of the remnants of civilization. The buildings watch over you as you explore, adding an eerie allure to the gameplay. The game sets itself apart by providing an unhurried pace that allows players to dictate their own journey.

As players cruise through the city streets in their small powered fishing boat, their telescope becomes an invaluable tool for identifying buildings that may hold valuable supplies. By marking these locations on their map, players can strategize and plan their path to these resources. Challenges arise as players navigate increasingly complex puzzles involving vines, ladders, ledges, and pipes while docking at tall buildings and landmarks.

Developed by an independent studio in Australia, Submerged is the brainchild of experienced veterans from the BioShock series. Featuring music by BAFTA award-winning composer Jeff van Dyck, the game merges stunning visuals with an enchanting soundtrack to create a truly immersive experience.
